Return Policy

Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original package for an exchange or refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products.

  • Simply email us or call, than we will send you the address where you ship back your package.
  • You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer.

Refund Policy

Products purchased that are not downloadable (CD, Diskette, or Hard Printed Versions) may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges of $10.00. However, before any product may be returned, the customer must return to Information Net Source Corp., a ˇ°Refund Claim Formˇ±. The ˇ°Return Claim Formˇ± will be provided to the customer after the customer informs Information Net Source Corp. that they need such form. To obtain a refund, you must notify Information Net Source Corp. within 30-days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased. The ˇ°Refund Claim Formˇ± provided to you must be returned to Information Net Source Corp. by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10-days, in order to obtain a refund.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to Information Net Source Corp. Information Net Source Corp. will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a ˇ°Refund Claim Formˇ± that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Information Net Source Corp. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.

California State law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders sent within California State. If you are a reseller, you must fax us your reseller certificate from the State of California and you will not be charged any sales tax.

BENTERA.COM will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at BENTERA.COM while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

BENTERA.COM reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
